 Pam was very friendly when I booked an appointment to have our air conditioner serviced and she emailed me when Alton was on his way to our house. Alton was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and walked my husband and I through every step of the servicing process. We were really pleased with Alton's professionalism and signed up for his twice-a-year service package 

 There needs to be a sixth star to accurately review the service we received from APC! Alton Copeland, a master electrician, and his son came on time and went right to work with a friendly, professional attitude. They explained the work they were doing as they moved along (including showing us an outlet that had previously shorted out behind the wall, out of sight). The charge was quite reasonable and their suggestions for future maintenance was appreciated. Mr. Copeland is also a master air conditioning technician, so now we have one phone number for all our heating, air conditioning and electrical services 

 Everyone is very professional & super courteous. The work they do is superior, plus they were able to fit me in sooner then expected when my AC unit went out 

  I was told by a supposed professional that I could not have 220v service in my 110v workshop to run my 220v compressor and radial arm saw. Based on my neighbor's positive experience with APC Service Pros. I emailed them on the weekend to request a second opinion. Alton Copeland and his assistant arrived Monday morning at 9:00am as scheduled. Mr. Copeland did an evaluation of my service and said yes, he could wire my workshop for 220v using my existing 110v service. This without running an expensive buried line from my main service panel 100+ feet away, which is what I had been told. He quoted me a reasonable price on the spot and he and assistant had the job zipped up by 11:30am. I appreciate that he took the time to explain step-by-step what he was going to do and continued explaining while he was doing so -- yes, those of us with mechanical experience actually like to know these sorts of things. I am now using my 220v equipment....so thank you Mr. Copeland! 

 Thanks to Pam for keeping me posted on when to expect the service man and for Alton arriving as scheduled AND for explaining and showing my husband the problem with the light switches 😀 

 On time, competent, clean, courteous, great pricing and great job 

 They were very professional. They came out and diagnosed the problem. They swapped out the breaker. Everything works fine know. I would recommend them, and the price was very good.
