Customer Reviews for APC Service Pros

I needed a condensate pipe cleaned and wanted my A/C and furnace checked, unsure if these HVAC services had ever been performed at my house. I made the call, and Pam explained their maintenance package, which I found to be a great deal that would provide me with peace of mind. This company excels in customer feedback, keeping me informed with email reminders about the appointment date and time, as well as notifications when the technicians were on their way. They arrived on time and asked me to share what I knew about the unit before getting started. The work was completed quickly, and they provided a full verbal report along with written documentation. There were no pushy sales techniques involved; just an honest assessment of what they observed, suggestions for future needs, and a ballpark cost estimate. This clarity helped me make an informed decision and plan financially for any upcoming electrical services I might need.

APC has handled all my HVAC services and electrical services for several years. Their professionalism and expertise shine through every time I need assistance. Whether it's installing new light fixtures, ceiling fans, or running power to my 'she shed,' they do it all with excellence. Based on my positive customer feedback, I highly recommend them for any AC or electrical needs you may have.
